Join the waiting list

After launch, you will be able to buy a share in the company (SPV) that owns the apartment, from 5 000 Kč.

Receive rent

Every quarter you receive your share of the rental income. We take care of managing the apartment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Am I really the owner of the apartment? +

You own a share in an SPV (s.r.o.) which owns the apartment. You are not the direct owner in the land registry, but your share is legally protected.

What if I want my money back? +

We are planning a secondary market. Withdrawals are not yet implemented in the demo version.

How is the platform regulated? +

We are working on a regulatory framework under the supervision of the Czech National Bank (ČNB). The demo version is for testing only.

Where will the apartments be? +

We focus on Prague (Žižkov, Vinohrady, Holešovice) and Brno.
